Engine Driven Split-Case Booster Pump

Large Farming Operation

Features:
- Low pressure pump station: 5- 150 HP (111.85 kw) turbine pumps with 40 HP (29.82 kw) jockey pump to supply 7,163 gpm (1,627 m3/hr) at 115 psi (81m). 20″ (50.8 cm) discharge manifold, single discharge to 24″ (60.96 cm) irrigation pipe
- High pressure pump station: 8- 200 HP (149.14 kw) turbine pumps with 50 HP (37.28 kw) jockey pump to supply 13,548 gpm (3,077 m3/hr) at 138 psi (97m). 30″ (76.2 cm) discharge manifold, dual discharge, both 24″ (60.96 cm) to irrigation pipes
- All control panels in separate buildings
- VFD’s and harmonic filters on each pump
- 19 cluster cans with filters and controls for 64 pivots
- Remote telemetry
- Pressure and air relief (double acting) valves on each station
